200 g spinach
2 medium-sized potatoes
1 medium onion
1 medium-size clove garlic
1/2 tablespoon of cream

Method
Heat the pan with olive oil, put chopped onions and garlic. Fry until transparent and soft. Put in the boiled water; add peeled and chopped small pieces potatoes. Cook the potatoes in gently boiling water until soft, about 15 minutes; add spinach. Use the blender and mash until everything is combined. Pour cream, add salt and black pepper.
