Perfect Spring Soup: Cream of Spinach

Spinach cream soup is a light and healthy dish that is perfect for lunch during spring season. It is the easiest way to enjoy healthy food.


200 g spinach

2 medium-sized potatoes

1 medium onion

1 medium-size clove garlic

1/2 tablespoon of cream


Black Pepper


Heat the pan with olive oil, put chopped onions and garlic. Fry until transparent and soft. Put in the boiled water; add peeled and chopped small pieces potatoes. Cook the potatoes in gently boiling water until soft, about 15 minutes; add spinach. Use the blender and mash until everything is combined. Pour cream, add salt and black pepper. Put on fire, boil it and immediately remove from stove.
