Simon Porte Jacquemus returned to Paris for the final day of Men’s Fashion Week, hosting an intimate show at architect Auguste Perret’s apartment. Forty guests witnessed 41 looks seamlessly transition through rooms, emphasizing elegance and intimacy.
The collection, La Croisière, reflects Jacquemus’ 15-year journey, blending French sophistication with American freedom. Inspired by 1950s optimism and old Hollywood glamour, the designs fuse tailored precision with effortless style. Key pieces included double-breasted blazers, maxi skirts, sculptural bustier dresses, and airy tulle skirts. Prints ranged from bold stripes to playful polka dots and banana motifs. A standout was the striking red column dress with side cutouts, exuding modern allure.
Menswear channeled classic Hollywood with fitted suits, wide-shouldered shirts, and cropped trousers, complemented by bomber jackets, leather totes, and revamped 1972 Nike Moon Shoes.
